When I get my play list ready to burn and disc in tray I get the following ERROR message. "ERROR BURNING DISC NO DISC IN THE DRIVE OR THE TRAY IS NOT CLOSED" the tray is closed and the disc is in the drive. Its not my burner as I can use roxio and windows media. This is getting frustrating as I used pyro 5 it was simple and easy but there is no windows 7 support which sucks.

have you tried it in compatibility mode to see if it works any better?

compat should be on all versions ererm I run premium , it has it

right click on the desktop icon for it / properties .. and one of the tabs is compat.. which you can alter.
