As you started it here please post it here. If somebody else can repro you can get a host to move this into problem report forums.

Open saved Tune , Selecting Mix Strip , Selecting Max or Space = Mouse disappears & Max Knob or Space Frozen !
until MC7 is Rebooted . . . .

That doesn't happen here, I cannot reproduce your issue.  What are your computer specs?

Before making bug reports it's good to ask about it here on the forum. About 90% of what people think are bugs can not be reproduced by other users.

Ok Thank you for all the replies ! 
I think that file was corrupt? so I have Deleted the file that i sent in the report , it has continued to Freeze , either Max Space & Grit. on my System ? which is an, Intel quad core Q9400, 8 Gig ram , On board Audio & Video High Definition Microsoft , Which has no problems Running Reason 8.3 or Reaper . 
I started a New Template almost using the same set up ! & the issue seem's to have cleared !  . . . 
 

Might be good to add a comment on the problem report to close it now. Yep this is why it's good to validate before reporting.
