Hoping to find out whether anyone's tried out bluetooth MIDI keyboards with Sonar (ie BLE-MIDI)

I picked up an Akai LPK25 wireless, hoping it would work; thinking that the "it only works on Apple devices" disclaimer had been superseded by Cakewalk/Windows 10 supporting BLE-MIDI.  But I don't think its the case; if I pair it, set Midi to UWP, then enable the device, Sonar hangs.  I don't think there's an Akai driver for the BLE-MIDI part. Nevermind, its a nice device and the arp is fun, I'll just have to stick to USB for now or muck around with it on the iphone.
 
It does look like Korg make something similar, eg the Korg Microkey 2 Air 25, and there are specifically Korg BLE-MIDI drivers for download.  Has anyone tested this out in Sonar, does it run ok?
 
Any other bluetooth keyboard controllers in the similar 25-32 key range I should be looking at? It's probably early days for the market yet.

I've never tried one, but would be sceptical due to the lag-time between sending and receiving the data.

I think this is still in the baby stages. The tech is there but not many have taken the plunge to use it yet with PC. The article on the Cake blog shows a Puc which advertises as an Apple only product. 
 
We just need a few tech heads and guinea pigs to work out the details with hardware. Most who would want wireless are playing live on stage. That's me but I have usually opted for a very long midi cable.
 
There are probably less here who play live and more who record in the studio. Correct me if I'm wrong. If the latency is anything like what can be achieved with Apple products then it isn't an issue. Somewhat dependent on the hardware too. Older setups in experimentation had long latency times. The most recent stuff is pretty darned good.
 
Even though this was announced awhile back I don't think hardware manufacturers are catching up yet.
 
I would love to know more or if someone has been tinkering with it and made it work.

Yay, more latency!  The better the technology, the slower it goes!

It's seems the latest Windows Creator update has caused an issue wit the UWP drivers. So Bluetooth lost it's compatibility.

lol I don't think I can see my self trusting this. Enough latency with what I've got xDDD
(kidding of course. I have very low latency with my system. But I can't imagine it's any better adding Bluetooth into the mix.)

Sorry but I hate Bluetooth because of dropout problems. I much prefer USB keyboards. In fact I bought an Alesis 25 key keyboard last night, I needed small. But the great things are it's powered by USB, so no cords to the wall, and it has modulation wheels too !! I use modulation wheels in my solo's so this keyboard was perfect for me.
