I have Music Creator 5. I have a song with 4 midi tracks and 1 audio track. It's been a while since I used it, but I seem to remember that you have to convert midi to audio if you want to create a WAV/MP3 etc.
I went to Edit, Bounce to tracks and created a mixdown track. However, 2 of the midi tracks were omitted. I'm really struggling to work out what I'm doing wrong.
I'm using the Cakewalk TTS-1 soft synth and have 3 of these so that I can control the volume of the tracks independently. (The individual volume controls don't seem to do much). I did try putting them all back to the same soft synth but that didn't fix it. Each track is on a different channel.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no need to bounce MIDI before export. To be on the safe side, make sure the "MS Wavetable GS synth"  is disabled in Preferences > MIDI > Devices outputs. This will insure the audio heard is playing though a softsynth (assuming you have no other MIDI output devices).
 
If you are using MIDI tracks instead of simple instrument tracks make sure each instance of TTS-1 has an associated audio track with its input set to TTS-1.

if I do that, I only get the audio track
 

If the audio track is the only thing being exported after disabling all MIDI output devices, the MIDI tracks are not routed properly. Make sure the MIDI tracks outputs are set to TTS-1 and the TTS-1 outputs are routed to audio tracks.

All midi tracks are set to a TTS-1. I don't know how to route TTS-1 outputs. They currently say Output 1: Stereo

Add an audio track and set the input of the audio track to the TTS-1
