Still a Beginner to Cakewlak a question on how to send multiple tracks to a send?

Hi folks,
Still a beginner to cakewalk so trying to catch up a little.

If I create a send track and add an effect, is there an easy way to send multiple audio tracks to that send, rather than add the send manually to each track?

Quick Groups

Short version -select tracks then with the CTRL key held down insert a send. The selected tracks will get the send added to them.
