We were supposed to have a face time call this morning. No answer on the phone. I haven't heard back from Studio  Cat.

The computer is under warranty. I guess I should mail it back. The work he wanted me to do on it is tricky and he said if I make a mistake it would fry the motherboard

Swapping out the power-supply doesn't normally involve reconnecting the USB-2, USB-3, and Front Panel switches/LEDs.  
If you don't align the USB-3 header correctly, you can bend the pins... and short out the USB-3 controller.
 
I've emailed, called, and sent a text message.
Help me help you...
I'll certainly take the blame for this morning, but most of the delay hasn't been from this end.
