These used to be located at https://www.xlnaudio.com/myaccount-myproducts/offline but that location no longer exists. Does anyone where to find the external midi files now-a-days?

Wow! You're right. They're gonzo! Thanks, XLN.  Glad I d/l'd all of mine.

If you need them, PM me with the list of MIDIpaks you own and I'll get you the ones I own that are on your list.

Glad I moved on to Superior Drummer 3. I stopped investing in AD2 over a year ago. And when was the last time they released anything new for Addictive Keys? Meh.

What are the external midi files?

They are .mid versions of the MIDI Paks you already own.  Your MIDI Paks are already installed "internally" in AD2 in the Beats view.

I contacted XLN support.  I was very politely offered a send of what I wanted.  They've redone their site and are working thru things.

Aye, there's the rub...a site update.

Reminds me of the '73 Ford Torino/Mercury Montego with the big V8. The body/frame developers and the drive train developers forgot to talk to each other. When it came time for a tune-up, you had to pull the engine to get at the 8th spark plug. A lot of those cars wound up running on 7 cylinders.

I had a Vette that had to be put on a rack and front tires removed to change plugs.

I had a German roommate with one of these, a '62 red-on-red.

He graduated from Chiro school (Chicago area), stored it, took the insurance off of it, and went out to LA to start his practice. He came back to visit, took the Vette out for a spin, it rained, the rear end broke loose on a gear shift, spun it around, and backed into a bridge abutment. Total loss. VERY sad day.
