Hi,  How can I record from windows media player I have cakewalk music creator 7 and I don't know how to use it.

If you want to use MC, I think the only way is to record the physical output of your audio interface (take a lead from output back to input). How it works, depends on your audio interface. AFAIK, DAWs  seldom have live stream record capability built in. That's not what they're designed for.
 
Otherwise, there are several inexpensive or free recorder software for the purpose.  www.kvraudio.com is a good Place to search.
 
If you're using the PCs integrated soundchip, you might succeed by choosing "What-U-hear" or "Stereo mix" as the
recording mode, but I'm not sure.

Not sure why would you need to record from the windows media player if you can just import an audio file into your MC7 DAW. In case you need to convert video to audio, try this, it's free!

You may need to enable the internal sound loopback function on your computer as the Windows default is to have this feature disabled.  This needs to be done before Music Creator 7 can "hear" the Windows Media Player output. Once you do this you'll also be able to record whatever streaming audio you hear.  You'll find step-by-step instructions to enable the feature in the link below.
