can anyone confirm if the izotope time-strech stuff is still present?

We don't mention internal only stuff like dither options in our comp chart. If we did it would be 10000 pages long.
All the izotope stuff was re-licensed so it is in the CbB early access release itself. POWr is still under review but there is a good chance it will be back.

In the comparison chart I see TL-64 Tube Leveler, PX-64 Percussion Strip and VX-64 Vocal Strip are not included in CbB. They weren't included with Sonar Professional, so upgrading to CbB they showed up. I enabled them and they work.
