Microsoft installed updates, now when I try to launch Sonar Platinum I get a Windows Installer popup that says "Preparing to install..." Then it does nothing and just sits there.  WTF?
 
This a windows 10 pro installation running the latest version of Sonar.  Anyone know what's up with this?

Yup. that did it.  What's up with the Win 10 update?

Stay on 1703, do not let your system install the 1709 update.  I expect this is going to become a huge problem as more machines automatically update to 1709.
