I stopped using friendly names, but I still get this screen every once in a while

So, it's not the friendly names causing the confusion.
"MOTU Pro Audio Main 1" is the name of the device that SONAR sees, so I'm not sure where the "MOTU Pro Audio" comes from.

Oh well, I just click OK and it works fine so - I can easily live with this ;-)
I think I'll turn friendly names back on so it says "MOTU Pro Audio Main 1/2" ;-)

EDIT - the new driver works fine though...

Again .. another one released ... will download but probably not install as I have zero issues and currently the best system I ever had (knock on wood)

BTW, even the mentioned problem when changing samples rates has never happened here. in fact it works very convenient i.e. I just open whatever project with whatever sample rate and the MOTU switches all AVB network devices to follow project sample rate

I have had the problem changing sample rates.  I will probably give the new drive a go, but it may not be for a couple of weeks.
