I'm a little pessimistic about it, I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of threads with hardly any replies, similar to a few other song forums I've joined and quickly abandoned. Ever since I've been on here there's been a regular bunch of people who do most of the commenting, and they've dwindled to a handful now.

I think you might well be right, but I was trying to be optimistic.

I poke my nose in here at least once a week always. A lot of times I feel it best not to comment on the songs that are posted as I don't like saying nasty things to people who are honestly trying their best to create art. But I have often found some amazing recordings mostly seem to be from those who have been at this for a long time. This forum is a wonderful tool you can use to get honest no **** peer feedback on your handywork. The new forums Song forum I do think will carry on nicley for us. 
It's cool when you think about what we can now do with our music. I certainly wouldn't have been sending any of you guys Cassettes :) 

I'll certainly miss hanging out with you guys in here and appreciate reading the honest critiques. Made some good friendships in collaborating in here as well. Will be looking forward to seeing you guys on the flip side. :))  

It's been a lot of fun over the years and I've learned a hell of a lot just from the feedback I received on here. A really good community and very few ever got too big for their britches. I look forward to finding you folks elsewhere!
