B-Daddy - Hopefully Jeff's suggestion got you going, if not, I don't know if your situation is the same as mine, but I have an older graphics card in my laptop that I cannot update that doesn't support some OpenGL calls. A few plugin companies that utilize OpenGL don't work on my system and display blank screens or have missing sections in the GUI window - the Sound Radix Surfer EQ is one that comes to mind, also Eventide's Equivocate. I never got the Sound Radix to work, but the support from Eventide was
fantastic and eventually we found that I could switch off the OpenGL calls and the plugin would work properly. This is an option in the plugin settings.
All of this is to say that the last Waves v9 release broke my Waves plugins because they started using OpenGL and they do NOT have a switch to turn off the newer OpenGL calls. So my only choice was to roll back to a previous version that DID work so I could use my "new" Scheps Omnichannel and API 2500 plugins. Needless to say, no more Waves plugins for me until I get a new DAW PC. HTH!
