I need to edit my last comment, about setting controllers on kontakt using the advanced tab. I keep forgetting that the only thing I use kontakt for is Cinematic Strings. I don't know if what I said about the advanced tab applies to instruments other than that. If not, sorry, forget about it.
 
I will try to figure this out, maybe load one of the freebies that come with kontakt, to see if what I'm talking about applies to all kontakt insts, or is unique to Cinematic Strings.
