I originally thought that the samples weren't loading, but then I looked more deeply into it and found that almost a majority of the presets in the mod matrix have negative(-) values. This means that all the macro nobs and all the presets are saved with the opposite values on almost every preset I have. I just installed this so incase you're wondering, no I havn't saved over any presets or done anything to the values. I literally just bought this today.

Hi, and welcome to this forum. Could it be that the files got corrupted during downloading them? If possible, maybe try to download it again to see if that is the case. Others might have other / better ideas.
Best of luck.

Tried to reinstall and nothing. I also tried to save a patch after I reversed the modulation, but it didn't save over the preset.

The fasted solution would be to phone Cakewalk support. The next best would be contacting Cakewalk via email. I do not believe many Mac users visit this site much less this area of the forum.

You could also try (re)posting to the Cakewalk Instruments forum - there seems to be a wider cross-section of users there.

You are correct but rather than cross post, I will move this one to Cakewalk Instruments. There is a better chance CW and other Mac users will see the thread.
