Any chance we can get an e-mail notification of CbB new version/update releases?  I would greatly appreciate it.  Can't imagine how difficult that would be if it has been done in the past.

Kind regards,

This last update included a "check for update" link under the "Help" tab. Fairly easy to just click on it now and then.

Thanks Bill.  I don't use CbB on a network machine, so no net on that one.

Kind regards,

This "Check for Updates" leads to a page which was lastly updated 2 years ago:( So it's nonsense:)

When I check for Updates in CbB, it doesn't lead to any page. A simple Notification pops up with the Version Number. Saying you are up to date or not.

I just fire up BandLab Assistant once or twice a week and check the Apps tab.

What would be nice however, if it showed the currently available version of Cakewalk on there rather than just checking what is installed.

That way users without an internet connection on their DAW machine could have BA Assistant installed on another machine (without Cakewalk installed) and check the version there.
