EDIT :  I guess you want to export the non-MIDI patterns, stored in .cmp files ?  I doubt you can do that.

I don't know that you can from within z3ta+2, which isn't surprising since there's no way to create or modify a pattern.
 
You can use the Sonar PRV (or some other midi editor) to modify a pattern, save it to disk and load it into z3ta+2.  It looks like the file is constrained to be one measure long.  I just dragged a factory z3ta+2 midi pattern into Sonar, made some changes, saved it to disk and loaded it into z3ta+2.  Worked fine.
 

You can just drag the pattern from the arp window in z3ta 2 onto a track in the track view, then export the clip as a midi from there.

Funny, I just did the first half of this a couple of hours ago, not realizing that I was dragging a *.cmp pattern from z3ta+2 into my track and not a midi pattern.  Thanks for pointing it out.  And I see I can then just drag it from the track into a folder in Windows where it ends up as midi.  Nice.
 
It would be nice if you could drag a .cmp pattern from a Windows folder onto z3ta+2's arp window, then from there into the track in Sonar (or even straight into Sonar), but it doesn't work.  You have to load the .cmp pattern from within z3ta+2, unless I'm mistaken.  Both ways work for a MIDI pattern.

I believe you're looking for a way to export the apr pattern (from the Sonar track strip) as midi notes, so that you can edit the pattern manually. Here's what I finally found after years of searching.....

"Arpeggiators can be stiff and repetitive, so the ability to bounce arpeggiator patterns to editable MIDI notes is great. Simply right-click on a MIDI clip you recorded into a track, make sure the arpeggiator is active, choose Bounce to Clip(s), and the additional arpeggiated notes will appear within the clip. That in itself is cool, but the 'hidden gem' here is the potential to customise arpeggiator sequences."
 
So, I tried it and it works perfectly. Just keep in mind that you first need to record some midi "long" notes to create a clip in the midi track (and give something to trigger the apr). Then perform a "bounce to clip".

Awesome !  I don't think this is what was asked for at the top of the thread, but useful just the same.
Just tried it and it works great.  Thanks Sergio for the tip (and to Craig for writing it !).
 

My Bad. Yes Paul P, you're right I missed that.
And MrDoc is absolutely right. I use that drag feature all the time. Also, the original Z3TA did not have this feature. But, it's a good idea to point out that Z3TA+2 has all the "classic" presets and arps from the Z3TA1 release. (Just click on "Factory Content" to see the classic preset library). This also allows you to export some of those arp patterns as well.
