It would be helpful to post the win10 update number so that we know which update was your last one ...
I assume it was "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3201845)"?
No crashes here working several hours after installing it ... but I haven't had a Sonar crash in the last 3 months at least. It did get stuck once after exporting, so I had to kill and once the A-Pro control surface crashed it (according to the minidump).
However, I'm still under the impression that high load audio performance has reduced with (one/some) of the more recent win10 updates. Performance in heavy load projects is not as good as e.g. with Mixbus.
