A customer posted about bad service so he posted personal emails publicly on this forum. Whether the original complaint was legit or not, that was totally unprofessional.

The product itself is legit, if not the panacea it claims to be. It's the dubious marketing promises that I take issue with. I've had unpleasant words with one of the company's principles myself.
