Hey, i got a problem i wonder can anyone help me out. i recently reformatted my pc, because my c drive kept filling up, but anyway i sorted it out. i use Sonar 4 and i recently got Guitar Track 3 Pro, plus i use Guitar Rig 4, i am trying to get GR4 imported into Sonar 4 and Guitar Track 3, i am using the VSTpluggin adapter that i got with Sonar, because i dont see a VSTplugin for Guitar Track 3, but the prob is that everytime i open up VSTPlugin and got to the GR4 folder were the VSTPlugins are, i click ok and it just sits there and when i go to click on it it gives me a (not responding). i have tried this alot of times with the same frustrating results, i have looked for an update for VSTplugins but i don,t see a free dload anywere and i dont have the cash to put up for it, does anyone have any suggestions what is the prob,

Go to the top, select Options>Audio> in the general tab, there should be latency slider, try lowering it, you do not say if you are using an audio interface, if so, check to see if there is an ASIO panel, can set latency there as well. May have to mess with it again, once you go to play it back, raising the latency, to avoid clipping, drop-outs. Hope I helped, if not let us know how you are getting your signal into PC. Good luck!

GTP3 and Sonar4 share the same VST adapter. You will only see it once in your Cakewalk Program folder.
What audio settings are you using in S4? Use the same ones in GTP3.
GTP3 was built on the S4 engine, so you can expect the same behavior from both.
