Can I somehow make the grid settings of pianorole preserved for each new project it was not necessary in every new project to re-tune? The same with respect to the metronome.

Can developers add a program (sonar .X, MC6) built-in virtual keyboard? And of velocity at the keyboard at pianoroll because not all vst synth have his keyboard?

And last, Can I make that Clips single vst instrument created each in its new space not in place generally? (example for better understande on up image)

If you want to keep session settings constant from one project to another make the changes to the Normal.cwt project template. I usually rename the original Normal.cwt so that there is a copy of the factory setup available, just in case.

There is no virtual keyboard included in current Cakewalk products. There are third party virtual keyboard available on the internet but the best solution is to purchase a real MIDI keyboard.

To force a second instance of the PRV to open, before clicking on a second clip, right-click on the PRV tab (just to the left of the "New" in your drawing) and click "Lock Contents".

Ok. thank you, good idea with "Normal.cwt".

I have a usb keyboard, but does not always want to connect her.

Not quite what I would like to but we will try to work with. I would like to complete separation of the clips on the autonomous cells. As in FL Studio Patterns, something like that.
