There is no substitute for an audio interface designed for DAW use. The internal sound chip is only suitable for audio playback. ASIO4ALL is not a substitute for a real ASIO driver and audio interface. While it is possible to use the internal sound chip with a DAW, there is no escaping the limitations imposed by the hardware and it's drivers.

Did you run asio4all in offline mode first? Also here's a useful link http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=52603
Good luck!

Hello Lawp, thanks for the advice. When I did a fresh install of asio4all I selected the offline mode. Is this what you meant? It still dos not work. I have never had any problems with the ASIO4ALL before, I need it to be working for when im someplace and don't have my audio interface. I tried some of the points in your link, but no luck yet. I'm thinking about throwing my laptop from a very high window, and watching it smash in to very small peaces on to the pavement bellow. Blake
