While editing a project, I keep getting interrupted by a dialog box with a message telling me that my "10 minutes demo session has expired" and that I need to authorize. If I close it, it goes away. But if I click on the authorize button, I get another message with instructions about how to authorize. Apparently it's from Overloud. I only have one Overloud plugin and I've been using it for 3 years without any problems. But yesterday I started experimenting with fx chains and this was the first time I've ever used it in an fx chain. Has anyone else seen any similar problems with either Overloud products or with with fx chains?

It probably refers to TH3

What kind of product grants a ten-minute demo period? That's most likely a bug that got introduced with a recent update of the plugin. Which one is it?

It's the VKFX Preamp, but I don't recall ever updating it. When the dialog box appears, the settings on all the instances of this plugin revert to default. Although the message says 10 minutes, it doesn't happen every 10 minutes. More like 30 minutes. And this only ever occurs in one project, i.e. the one with VKFX Preamp in an fx chain.

I never use the TH3.

I assume it would be in your account if you purchased it. If so, download and then re-install. If not, then you'll need to contact customer service. Something may have fallen through the cracks when Cakewalk changed fulfillment companies.

No need to download. I keep copies of all software that I download and never download anything more than once if I can help it.

Anyway I have reinstalled the plugin. I can't yet tell whether that fixed the problem though. I will need to wait and see if the message ever comes back.
