Insert Chordz making sure "Enable MIDI Output" is selected. This is the default in SONAR. I would use an instrument track for Chordz. Enable Echo On the instrument or MIDI track. Input set to your controller.
Add a MIDI track with the input set to Chordz and the output to whatever you normally set for the Yamaha keyboard. Enable Echo On in this track too.
