I am working on a Template that I save as a normal CWMC file and make a new copy for new projects. I am using samples for drums and sometimes change the location of where my sample are on my hard drive. How can I save my template file so that the samples are saved with the project and don't disperse of I change the location of my sample library on my hard drive? 

If you change the location of the samples there's no way the template or any soft synth can "be aware" of the change.
The template can not save the actual samples in any way, either. Sample libraries are totally separate, independent units, and the only way your project can find them is the paths saved with the project (and globally). 

You can Bounce to Track(s) the samples so that they are a single clip within the project, but you would have to do some extra work when opening the project to create a new project at a different tempo. If by "samples" you mean audio samples. Unless they're acidized/groove-clipped samples.

Ok, thanks. I am saving my template as a CWMC file, and just make a copy of it. I noticed that sometimes a WAV sample, loaded in Drop Zone will disappear, and I get stuck with the missing audio dialogs when I start up my template.  I have always assumed that It is because I have moved the location of the original sample. But what Kalle was talking about makes sense. Thinking back, I saved my template in a different location. I moved all my projects to my D drive, hoping it would improve performance, but moved my Template CWMC file back to my desktop. Thanks again, Blake  

Where your template is saved doesn't matter. The samples must be saved where the original path leads to so that the synth can find them.

If you feel like moving things around, learning the DOS mklink command with the /j or /d switch would be time well spent.  It will allow moving the physical location of directories while maintaining a logical structure that application can depend on.
