That's some mighty thick skin you've got there my friend. John's posts were essentially lectures bemoaning "PC" culture (as have been many of yours). You get a counterpoint and want to stifle it like you feel you are being stifled.

I don't bemoan PC culture and you've never seen that from me.  You have seen me diagnose it and dismiss it, that's what you've seen.  
 
I received a counterpoint to a point I declined to make due to the nature of the forum.  You originally spent paragraphs waxing on about how this isn't the place for it, while everyone else was enjoying the topic...then spend 3 posts waxing on it about it anyway in response to "never mind".
 
We get it.  Beepster doesn't like the thread.  Beepster doesn't like a lot of things.  Beepster wants everyone to know all the things he doesn't like.  We're all good now.

When I hit submit your edit had taken hold but I wanted to answer you so I left it and THEN followed up with my agreement to your new post... and then I followed up by saying I am not implying you are hateful people... just that I think you may not be seeing all sides of this.
