I'm using Roland Studio Capture 1610 and it has many inputs, and works great most of the time. But Roland doesn't have Win10 drivers to download so you always have to download the Win10 drivers from the internet which sucks cause that means i need to have an internet connection on that music computer when before that I didn't have to. I'm used to just loading all drivers manually, but sometime the Roland Studio Capture drivers are lost for some strange reason when loading other programs. In my other equipment their drivers always remain loaded. But with Roland even if my screensaver comes on, the drivers are lost, and I have to reload them which sometimes becomes a nightmare in saying the drivers are already loaded by the program but the program says they aren't. Other than that, the interface is like a swiss army knife of audio interfaces and sounds very good. Someday i may upgrade to $3000-4000 dollar interface as my final upgrade.

Just wondering what audio interface is everybody else using with their Cakewalk program and are they satisfied with it?

Thanks

i use a RME Babyface Pro.

only two preamps, but they sound perfectly neutral,
which gives me what i want, ability to carve 'tones' later.

12-in/12-out, ADAT/SPDIF I/O, they pair well with other preamps (such as my A-Designs MP-1), rock solid drivers, EQ and Ambience effects available in the playback or to print or both or neither....
excellent UI

Either (can’t use both unless daisychained via adat) Focusrite LS56 or Focusrite 18i20 second gen.

Perfectly happy with both.

Windows has never been elegant about coming out of sleep or hibernation. I suspect that you also have USB ports enabled to go idle. Disable sleep/hibernation and the power management on the USB ports and your interface will probably function fine. Drivers do not unload, but the USB port will go offline unless that functionality is disabled.
