In a Take Lane you can change the width of a crossfade using a mouse movement up and down.  You can also drag the crossfade left and right.  Why can't we have this in a regular track?  Yes, I know that I can open up a track lane on any track and have that feature, but that's extra mouse clicks.

Agreed. Has this been addressed?

this is a good idea and would help workflow.  I'm all for it.
