We have identified an issue where the Mac C3 may not authorize new instruments if C3 had already been installed previously for more than 30 days. This would cause the C3 session to remain expired until logging out manually though the settings tab and reopening the app and logging back in. In the latest build we now automatically detect these situations and update the session if it is expired.

We have also fixed an issue where some new products would not indicate a green light after being installed properly. This is also fixed in the latest version without needing to reinstall a product.

* Currently Rapture Pro, Rapture Session, and Z3TA+ 2 require an active internet connection when launching the plug-in for the first time in order to authorize properly. Please make sure you download and run this latest version of C3 if you are running into authorization issues on OS X.

Downloaded latest Z3TA+ 2 for Mac and there is no option to activate it via Command Center. Please fix it as plugin is only running in demo mode.
