I'd like to say I'm using Rapture Session and it works fine, but it happens that free Cakewalk Sound Center presets from Digital Sound Factory don't play.

I can see the presets but when I load them they are muted, there's no sound.
I still can play them on Cakewalk Sound Center, where they work fine, but I'd like to Report it to the bakers.
 
Is there someone else who had this issue?

Yeah! They are installed in a wrong place. I believe the DSF  installer wasn't updated since WInXP ruled the PC world. You have to manually copy sounds to your CSC Multisamples location. By default it is
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\VstPlugins\Cakewalk Sound Center\Modules\Multisamples
