I just got a new workstation, but when I try to download Command Center all I get is a spinning wheel.  I did a speed test and had plenty of bandwidth.  Anyone have an idea why this is happening?  I even turned off my firewall and still can't get it to download.

Happened to me a few weeks ago. Couldn't get CC to download. Remedy was to switch off/reset my router. Job done.

CC uses Microsoft visual I believe.
I would start by updating that new computer to make sure you have the latest Windows updates..
Then as Keano said, try resetting the modem.

Did you have to make any changes to the router setting, or just reboot?

Problem solved, finally. I tried everything suggested and still couldn't download CC. I finally downloaded Google Chrome. It worked immediately. Go figure. Now I want to start making music. Thanks for the help.
