Hi all,
Thanks I really appreciate this article as its one of Sonar features I've been neglecting (and uncertain how to use it properly), despite its obvious and critical usefulness in at least changing adjusting audio recording's tempos and pitch. (i.e., converting to groove clips)
The article refers to AdrenaLinn Guitars loop download, and link directs to Craig's website, where there's a reference to them. Just to be certain as it notes there the full library wont be available till fall?, but is there somewhere the single loop can be downloaded, or is it included somewhere as part of 2017-07 update?

Cheers

Never mind think I found it later in tutorial, possibly more useful then link to download copy of 2017.07 Tech & Music magazine?, so it can remain open while going through tutorial.

I downloaded it last night from the same link Craig posted for the 30 presets.
You are right, its a good article on loop construction.

If you open this link

I think I know what you mean though John.
When I open a PDF in my Windows explorer, it takes over my screen.
There might be a way to convert it to a Microsoft Word doc. that way we can view it and work with Sonar at the same time.

Hmmm...I couldn't download the loop mentioned in the article directly from issuu.com, but could after downloading it as a PDF. I'll ask what's up with that. To answer the other question, the full AdrenaLinn guitars library won't be available until the Fall. It will be likely be sold on Reverb.com.

I wish the bakers just offered it as easily readable PDFs.

Put them up prominently where the public can access them. Let potential customers and gear journalists get a taste of what's possible with Sonar.

All that effort, then they hide it away.

A PDF download is only three clicks away, and there are several places it's referenced on the site. But also, readership doubled from the first to second issue. I think at least some of that is due to being on issuu.com, where people can find out about similar publications. So it's exposing people outside the "SONAR ecosystem" to find out what Cakewalk is up to.
