Alright Finally......I posted a few times saying that the mouse would go over the play/record/stop button and when you clicked it nothing happened.  It would be grayed out.  I did all of the upgrades and was thinking it was my monitor.  I just upgraded to a 4K monitor and the icons are SUPER small so I increased the size to 150%.  I changed it back to a 100% and everything works now.  It sucks though because everything is crazy small.  Hopefully that fix can happen.

I think there are a few things that don't work correctly when the Windows 10 display is zoomed to 150%
I'm on X3 and I have issues with the mouse scroll wheel on faders (jumps from min to max with nothing in between), and many of the number spinners (up/down arrows against numerical fields) don't work and can cause the entire project to crash.
I'm thinking of changing the screen resolution to a lower setting (and then setting the zoom back to 100%) to see if that stabilises things....

Yea Im on Windows 7 64 Bit and using a 43 inch curved Samsung 4k monitor.  A lot of space happening.....looks beautiful BUT if I want use of all of the things in Sonar I have to keep it at a 100% size which is a bummer.  Very odd that numerous things become disabled when I increase it to a 150% (which looks way better).  Granted the the shortcuts work......I am just so used to the mouse for certain things.

I'm using a touch screen, so 100% makes buttons/controls too small for touch (at default recommended resolution).
As I use my PC for 'normal' use as well as music (and resolution changes affect all users), I'm looking at using NirCmd to script a resolution change when running Sonar and then revert back for normal use.

I find it odd that increasing it to 150% messes it up so badly. I guess I dont understand how the coding works for something like this. It makes life a lot easier at that % instead of a 100%. Everything is too small.

Windows also offers a size of 125%.  How does that do?

The buttons won't work with a 125% either.
