Sonar does support Surround mixing but there is just one surround plugin while cubase has all plugins ready to mix in 5.1.
 
Why CW can't improve this? This would be nice but i think CW is taking another way to Sonar. Just what i think. 
 
A SSL MasterBus Cakewalk Edition would be great too
