I clicked something, don't know what, but I lost the transport and the whole control bar.
I clicked views and clicked on control bar but that wouldn't bring it back. I finally clicked "Lens" uptop it said none, I put it to Advanced and it brought everything back, but not exact like it was before.
I use two screens and always have the mixer on the right and tracks on the left. Whenever I close Sonar and reopen it, everything is on the main screen and the "Navigator" is showing above the tracks as well.

How do I get it back to how I had it before?

Maybe you selected a different screenset? I don't think you accidentally selected a different lense as there are no keystrokes that can do this, but there are keystrokes (default ones are Num keys) that can change screensets

Base 57
The c key toggles the control bar

Still can't find what it is, even when changing projects it reverts back to the single screen and I have to click Screen set to get it back to normal then I have to rt click in the track area to the left to "restore default control order"

Too bad there isn't a restore all settings in Sonar like in windows.

I did this same thing before a long time ago. The only thing I remember is when I found out that I'd turned it off and when I found out what it was....it was a "shoot, that was simple" moment.
:) Not much help, but I do remember it wasn't a big thing.....

Go to "views" then click on control bar, that should get it back...

bz2838, I've got it back, that wasn't working before either, but even when i do get it all back, it still reverts back to the way i don't want it upon each next project load or when I start up Sonar. I know it's something small somewhere though.

as promidi asked, are you using a Lens ?
that is one of the only things that will globally default your multidock settings (even a locked screenset).

Try clicking on your screenset options and choose "Lock screenset".

I got it back. I was using lens as that was the only thing that would bring back the control bar. I rt clicked on where the control bar is supposed to be (after I turned off Lenses [thanks chuck]) a drop down came up that said expand control bar so I clicked that and everything popped up.
Learned supm else bout Sonar these past two days lol, thanks ALL!
