Have never had much luck getting CW developer support via this forum.  Very specific questions will sometimes be answered by co-developers (I'd be happy to help out if I can), but that's spotty as well.  Your best bet would probably be to PM a CW staff member.  It's been long enough that I'm not sure who to start with, but Brandon can probably point you in the right direction.
