When I exit Sonar I'm having to make Windows 10 restart it's audio to get sound from youtube or other sites.
Is there a way to make this happen automatically?

Is everything going through the 44VSL? If so, it might help to set Windows sample rate the same as SONAR.

Yes. hmmm. I haven't thought of that. I thought these settings were carried over from 7?

Well...can you help me find where I can change those settings? All of my projects are 24bit 48khz. I believe Windows defaults to 44.1.
Thanks for your brain.

Control Panel > Sound to display the sound devices
In the Playback tab click on the devices then Properties to display the Properties page
The Advanced tab on the Properties page has the sample rate setting

I also had that problem when Sonar was set at 48k. You can also access this by right clicking the speaker icon on your taskbar, Playback Devices/Properties (44VSL)/Advanced and set the sample rate to match.

Well...I did the anniversary update this morning and have been fighting audio issues all day.
That's it for me. I've tried 7 times to get Win 10 to work on my machine, and there is something somewhere in there that doesn't like each other.
This is the first time that it worked for more than a day. It worked for at least a week, but the update has made it very unstable.
