Is there a way to advance the playhead/video one frame at a time? Sometimes lining up a sound effects requires frame-by-frame navigation and I'm not seeing a way to do that in SONAR.

When the Video view has focus, you can use the PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) keys on the numeric keypad to advance by single frames. You can also use the square bracket keys ([ and ]) to advance by 5 frames.

Ahhh!  I did not know this.   Very cool.  I still think its easiest to head to the Event List View and PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) your way to the correct frame.

If those bindings are not convenient, the functions are available in the "Video View" area in Preferences > Customization > Keyboard shortcuts

YOU GUYS RULE!!!
Thanks everyone for the help. What a pleasant surprise! Changed the binding to left/right arrows, now I feel like I'm inside Premiere Pro, but with much better audio capabilities. :)

This was something I have wanted to do on many occasions when spotting sound FX - You can learn a lot when you ask the right people!

Added to the memory banks!!
