Don´t have a 32 bit version of Splat running.
The 64 bit version starts diferent -
it takes more time on large projects -
small projects start instantly .
 
Anybody else perceiving this ?

Projects that have soft synths will take more time to load because of the sample library's.
Projects that are "Audio tracks only" are different, they will load really fast.
 
I just did a quick test:
On a typical projects that includes:
35 tracks: (4 Soft synths / 31 audio tracks) Not too many FX
The approx. load time is 13 seconds.
(That's from start to open= Double clicking on a Cakewalk project file)
 
Keep in mind I have an Intel I7 4790. Surely not the best or fastest of the I7 family
But not a bad one either.
