You can mute the track, but unmuted...the VSTi is still stuck on the latest note...  Trying to track down if specific patches, but usually seem to be organs.  That said, I had a "slap bass" patch do the same as well.  Seems better with the update, but not totally solved....??

Can you list some of the other patches, and how you get the notes to stick? You are using Kingston?

Ill ck and yes using Kingston..and the latest RapPro.  The notes stick when I stop playback.  Sometimes the only solution is to open and close the project.  Muting is a temp so I don't have to listen to it.  Starting playback, seems to reset it, but typically will stick on the last note again.

There is a midi reset button on the control bar. Have you tried that?

I have not had an issue with rapture pro yet and I may have logged six hours with it since updating to Kingston.

Are there CC64 Sustain controller messages in the track? If so, you might need to enable Zero Controllers When Play Stops in preferences, although this isn't usually a problem with soft synths.
 
Stuck notes have also been known to be a problem when synths are inserted in FX bins instead of in the Synth Rack of the browser. If you're using the FX bin method, I suggest you try moving the synth to the rack.

Generally what I've seen is that the stuck notes issue happen with other DAWs (not Sonar), which seemed fixed in the patch before the recent one. Not sure about the latest update. Could easily be regression or specific to the OP config (hard to point fingers), can't confirm either way as I haven't had time to try to repro so far.
 
Definitely recommend the above advice though esp as the OP seemed to be experiencing the stuck notes issue on the previous patch? From that info tending to slightly side on idea that it is specific to OP (just an educated guess, not a declaration of fact whatsoever).
