Rapture Pro is a very underrated synth and does things no other synth can do, so I'm glad to hear it will have a home. Perhaps then more people, not just Cakewalkers, will be able to find out how useful it is.

I do hope the loose end where it loses multisamples, even if they're in the correct multisamples folder, gets fixed. Kontakt does this well - if it can't find the samples, you tell it where it should look - problem solved. Also the amplitude envelopes are really unpredictable. Aside from those issues, it's a very coo instrument.

That would be a most welcome improvement.  That was always my biggest gripe about Rapture and Dimension.

Rapture pro is way fun when you have a touch screen.

+1 for another chance to purchase Rapture Pro.  The first version was a lot of fun and I wanted to upgrade.

I didn't think RapPro was anything special since I have DPro and Rapture already.  Seemed to me the only advantage was combining the two into one.  The controls simplification, so it seems, also looks like it "crippled" the options in the previous two synth. So, for me, it was not an attractive buy.  However, Craig stated it has unique capability, but I still don't see it as a worth while investment, all bugs notwithstanding.

Nonetheless, it's good to hear BandLab with continue its availability.  Otherwise, I figure it can be resold due to the end of the license agreement (though I may be wrong).

Kind regards,

I don’t post much, but have to say both rapture old ,and rapture pro are great instruments. Even using omnisphere, zebra, diva, kontakt, rapture is beautiful and I’ve used it from the beginning. Hope to see it progress.
