my daw says tells me 23.06 0 build 24  I confused is there a update 2. because all of my info states update 1 is 23.06 0 build 24

Ditto. Confusing. 

 I'm looking at Command Center right now and "update 1 is 23.06 0 build 24" and is the latest update.
 
if you look in the rollbacks you can rollback to 23.06 0 build 21....which is an update (really the 1st update).  The next update is build 24...which is the 2nd update in this round of updates, but is the 1st update of 23.06.0.  
 
So there you have it.  Does it make sense?   
 
Clear as mud as my father would say.
