On this current project I have about 40 tracks.  Whenever I go to an instrument track and freeze or unfreeze, the track view jumps to the bottom down to the last tracks, and I have to scroll up and find the track I was working with/  Is there a way to stop Sonar from automatically scrolling to the bottom of the track view?

With more experience on this I can say that it always jumps to the last track when freezing or unfreezing a synth.

Wish I could offer some advise. but I cant say I've seen this since sonar X3 and earlier.
It could be your mouse causing the issue. or possibly a controller taking focus on the scroll wheel.
Have you tried another mouse ? I've had issues with Logitech mice myself.

Im not sure if this helps but when you are all the way to the top again, you can hit the Up arrow to bring you all the way to the bottom again (rather than scrolling through mounds of tracks).
Try going to track 1 and hit the up arrow, you'll see what I mean.

Not sure if this applies to the freezing issue, but the same happens with deleting/adding  tracks in high track count projects that contain any track folders.. The workaround in that case is to make sure the first track of the project is inside a folder. Worth a try.

The help arrow does help CHuck, thanks!  Still the problem persist, even with another mouse.
