  • [?SOLVED?] SPlat 2017.5 Bus Output Issue With Older Projects

When adding a new bus to an old project the output buttons on the bus and all tracks fail to work forcing a close/reopen of Sonar.

Also, the curser changes to the <||> symbol when moving away from the Console View Bus area. It does this as it passes over the vertical move bar toward the track strips. Once past the vertical bar it should revert back to normal but does not.

P.S. Most of the little issues I report seem to occur when opening older projects in SPlat. This is why I keep older Sonar versions installed. Even so, SPlat seems to affect older Sonar versions causing them new issues. For instance, while playing a project in X3 with 2 tracks soloed, one track's output level will stop working and revert to -0.0 for the duration of the play making it impossible to compare levels. Never seen that before installing SPlat.

Dude, you too?

I am reworking a song from 2004 in Splat 05 2017 and the main output is silent with no meters
at all at each file load unless I stop the transport, disable the fx bin on the main buss, then it sounds. Then I re-enable that fx bin and away we go.

Every time I sit down to work on this old file.

Did your problem creep in in the May release for you?

Not sure, but I'm talking about the Output buttons at the bottom of each track and bus. Click on them and absolutely nothing happens when you should get a flyout to select which output you want. I think my issue is specific to one project, tho, as I checked a few others and they behave correctly, except for the curser thingy which occurs in each one.
