Point 1 is certainly annoying but I've become pretty fast with the search function. All the others I agree completely. Ableton is awesome for loop based song construction or live fx and clip manipulation, but as a traditional linear DAW it's quite limited compared to other modern options. This is mainly due to the competition making great strides over the last few years on areas like multi track comping and ARA.
