WHERE CAN I GET A DOWNLOAD OF SONAR 6 LE... I ALREADY OWN THE LICENSE

As far as I know, that version was never available as a download. It was normally included on a disk accompanying some piece of hardware.

I don't believe it was ever available for download. Just the disks you purchased when you bought the software (as Kev mentioned).
 
There is a newer version for sonar (Sonar home studio) for 50 USA dollars.

The newer version is really the way to go. Sonar 6 running on newer Operating systems isn't going to create a formula for success.

Lol.. I was yelling..grrrr... Lol... This program came with my boss Me 25 as a download..its actuall sonar 6.2... And at this point in life I don't have 50 dollars to spare... Also Im running windows 7... It works for what I need...anyway cakewalk sent me a link...now I need help on dock and undock for two screens

I don't think you can undock because you have a base version / Sonar 6 LE.
But try grabbing the multidock tab and dragging it to your second monitor.
