Which is more than you'll pay for CbB.

Just use another DAW if you don't like Bandlab because you got screwed. We all got screwed by Gibson and or Cakewalk. I moved on like many others. No sense complaining. There are other good DAWs out there. Find one you like and make music. No DAW will have everything you like including Sonar. Just move on.

Unless it happened while I was using the Cosby plug-in that came with the final SONAR update. 

Wibbles...never ever use the have a drink option on the Cosby plugin!

For you who don’t know. Cakewalk is free because of you are buying the membership at the BandLab community. You are "selling your soul" to be a part of that community.
 
I don’t think that is a bad deal. And if they are to raise the price at some point in time, I will pay for Cakewalk as long as it is decent priced. And I see their community as much better than Facebook/Twitter/YouTube.

All this talk of cake is making me hungry.
