Hi there, I am tearing my hair out here. I have projects that I am half way through where the Load Preset and Save Preset controls on the Pro Channel strip aren't appearing when I hover the mouse over the menu bar. This only just started happening in the last 3 days and it's really frustrating not being able to access my presets for drums etc. Does anyone know how to fix this?!
 
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sonar with no luck.

The only time I've seen the disappearing Save/Load button in the Pro Channel is when the transport is running.
The transport must be stopped in order for them to be visible.

Also I'm not sure if this has been resolved when I would load a saved custom preset I made from the console mixer view it would cause my projects to crash. The work around was to load the preset in the Pro Channel on the left and not in the console mixer itself.
