I've been installing Sonar Platinum and all related toys on a new DAW after the unexpected demise of my previous computer.  I ran into a licensing question about my copy of Melodyne, and fired off an email to Celemony at about 10pm PST.  Within less than 20 minutes I received a reply from the head of customer support fixing the problem.  Excellent!!

My experience with them has been excellent as well. With the recent deals on upgrades I ran into issues. I looked up a prior issue I had where they instructed I uninstall all of their product, reboot, and reinstall and tada all was right with world a 2nd time :)
