Good move, certainly from a musical standpoint. Really clear mix, and vocals just pop right out. The bass is banal, of course, but I'd vote for just a tad less bass in the mix. I mean just a skosh of a tad.

Staypress remains a solid favorite of mine.

cheers,
-Tom

Good one. I always look forward to hearing your latest. I liked the rhyming with the years bit.

Another excellent, humorous pop treat! Glad you are settling in to Olde England. I'm with Tom on the bass being just a spot too loud, but otherwise, a very pristine, most excellent mix.

Dan

Cool! Well done track. A bit sad lyrics but otherwise a nice song. Sounds good.

I love everything about it! What fun lyrics. I'm with the others about the bass coming down a little, but not much because it's the driving force of the song. I've always loved a tightly tuned snare ever since I first heard Bill Bruford, and this is why. Great job all around.

Daryl, I'm glad to see that you're up and running.  This is yet another terrific tune from you.  I can't imagine what inspired you to write this ;)  As always, your lyrics, voice, and arrangement make this a classic.  I look forward to hearing more from you, now that you're settled.

Thanks a lot Lynn - I really appreciate it mate.
